Under the kinship setting, I select the male-female relationship to study and I would like to particularly shed uninfected on the romanticist relationship at the call onplace on this paper. I choose this topic to study because workplace romance has occurred commonly close towhat the world recently. The attitudes of organizations towards workplace romance bedevil also changed. In the past, organizations strictly prohibited romantic involvements but now some organization support it and even recognize that such relationships are inevitable.
According to a survey conducted by CareerBuilder.com, nigh 40 percent of U.S. workers said they had dated a fellow worker, and about one-third of these people got married. Another survey by ChinaHR.com inform that more than 53 percent of workers surveyed in Shanghai admitted that they run through had at least one office romance. People excrete almost a third or more of our cash in ones chips in the office.



It is not surprising that romance springs up at an office and therefore it would be better for us to gripe this phenomenon.
Two years later, we go out graduate from university and start to work in a company. At that time, we may also have the chance to dismount into office romance. Therefore, this would be a trade good chance for me to be aware of this issue and know how to finagle it in a better way.
